Hard to say for me. I’m using a conservative training max. Quads are definitely thicker though. Probably from getting worked every day.

Surprisingly not sore today. Back is a little tired, but that’s it. I assume soreness will kick in tonight or tomorrow.

Tuesday was the only day this week that cardio wasn't rough. Those 4 sets of 21's were rough on Monday. Then the last 3 days have been brutal.

We're all going to have thick legs and Popeye forearms.



Instead of spinach, we would be holding a pre-workout drink, though. Popeye definitely needs to enroll in BackArms University.

My quads are sore and thick with either added beef, blood from being pumped, or water from inflammation.

Or probably a mix of all haha. GREAT program.

My pants are back to not fitting.

My arse always blows up first. My glutes hog all the muscle and all the fat.

Fell a day behind due to lower back stiffness after 21 to Party. Doing Pressure Cooker now. Did 400 lb x 1 x 20. Felt good. I did use a belt though just for added protection with my still semi-stiff back, so no bonus points for me.

Felt really good all day today. I made it a point to eat more food today and will again tomorrow. The last two days haven’t been more than 12-1500 calorie days. I’ve just been nonstop only getting dinner in. I’m feeling happy.

I workout with my son who has very different % so 1 min rest to swap weights will suck.

//edit he seems determined to make us do bb rows with bad form cause we are panting at end of timed challenges.

I’m going a lot less weight this time and hitting good form. I did way too much last time.

Running behind so I'll have a 6 day week this week. Finished the pressure cooker today. 15 sets on squats. Switched to Landmine rows since my DBs max out at 50 lbs. 8 sets on the cardio

Just started warm up for pressure cooker. 6 day week for me too. I expect us to go for broke on Friday though instead of Monday so I will just do next Sunday.

Got 15 sets on pressure cooker. Thought singles were way easier than triples
