Honestly triples at 83% were harder, even with the TM increase afterwards.
I got 5 sets of cardio with 60lb dbs for walks and 25s for curls, and that was a killer. Last set ended at 6:59 haha. I’m pumped up and feel great after this workout.

Well, this program is working! Just hit 12 sets for the day 14 workout. Also did them beltless. First pressure cooker, I put the belt on around set 5. Gotta love progress! And adding to training maxes lol

Piss was hot. 21 singles (195). Doing dead’s now and they feel light as hell.

15 sets at 295lbs. Pressure cooker can kiss my arse!
I'm going to catch my breath and then hammer out these deadlifts. 75% for me is 205lbs. My low back is batching at me after those squats. Hope these deadlifts don't finish me off. I plan on lifting beltless since it's only 4 reps per set.
Deadlifts and rows were good. I used a 50lb DB for rows. That's the heaviest I have right now.
About to start this cardio. Going to use 50lb DBs for carries and 20lb DBs for curls. Got 7 rounds on cardio. My forearms feel like they're going to burst. Last 3 sets of curls I dropped down to 15lb DBs.
Damn, these cardio finishes can turn me in to a puss. I don't even feel like putting up my weights right now.

Yeah, several times I wouldn’t even take my arms and shoulders out of position. Just a quick rack, breath, then unrack.

Programming is different but similar. Little less volume. Usually people like squatober programming better but it’s still fun. As we get closer to November I’ll put a vote up if people want to do the “all I want for Christmas is a big bench program” or deadcember as the program party for dec.
I’m doing day 20 right now, damn that warm up
I will say you mother frickers have set the bar high on the pressure cooker
I will say, worse part of today so far is having to do anything with biceps….they are killing me!!

I was at the grocery store today and had to use two hands to get a gallon of milk in the buggy.
I’m shot. Only got 5 rounds of back arms university this afternoon.

Haha I kept dropping sweet potatoes getting them out of the pantry to slice up for roasting after doing the cardio. Wife was laughing at me but I honestly had no grip control left: it was either crush them or let them slip, and crushing seemed like a lot of effort.

For people worried about arm farm and elbow issues, the arms work is spread out in supersets with main lifts, and the cardio supersets are a mix of biceps/triceps/shoulder work not all bicep or all triceps. It IS a lot of volume but it’s done intelligently.

My legs are still feeling it this evening. I haven’t been this sore at this time of the day all month.
I agree with y’all, I feel like I’m getting much stronger this month too!
