I have the old one as well. I'm sure it's close enough.

I used 40s for RFESS but could've done more. I'll do 50s next time but thats as heavy as my dumbbells go

RFRESS makes me want to quit all training. I’ve got to be the worst in all of America

I didn't see a remastered one. The name of my file is "PPSA ARM FARM 2" though.

arm farm 2 is the remastered version and yes planned on running the remastered version because that is the only available on the site to purchase for those that are looking to do that.

ok i feel better about the weight i used on rfess now. i used a 53 and then a 26 in the racked position so that rack is same side as leg that is up. balance was hard.

Hahaha. Now you all made me feel like a puss. I only used a 30lb DB in a Goblet position.

My legs are feeling it today. If I can make it through today, then tomorrow doesn't look too bad and I'm going to enjoy the weekend off.

Was able to get to the gym early today after my calendar opened up and very thankful it did, no issues getting a rack or bench.

Stairway to strongville whooped my arse today

I just used 25s and focused on slow full reps on the Bulgarians and a pause at the bottom. I did a warmup set with just Bodyweight and the legs were already complaining.

Today’s stairway workout felt really good. I’m a little sore, but overall my body seems okay with the program. There are more carries and deadlifts tomorrow I see!

I know I'm stupid for asking, but "5 second negative" means squat and hold for 5 seconds?

Slow descent. Should take five seconds to reach bottom, then up like normal.

That’s probably tougher for balance than 2 dumbbells.

Agree but I must be tired. These weights aren’t moving as fast as they normally would.

What you bitching about old man?

I got a real late start tonight and just about to do the stairwell now, I will say I am sore as hell, especially glutes and traps.

First full week of Squatober is in the books for me.
Per the Squatober Questions Document that AA put out a couple weeks ago, I'm using 95% TM for Bench and Dead (90 for squats) and I am feeling it on those lifts. Squat feel just right, most sets are challenging but doable.
Took me a few sets to find my 5 seconds today. By the third set I think I found my groove and was getting a true 5 seconds.
Looking forward to the weekend and week 2!
