Done. Grip never failed, but was definitely tested.

Didn’t manage to get any other biceps or shoulder stuff in so I may get that in tomorrow.

Ok, I may be crazy, but I had to miss yesterday. Doing it right now and on my last step on bench. I think I'm going to run today's program tonight so I can be caught up.

I thought about this also but I’m going for weekends.

About to hit my 3rd set on squats. Not so bad...today.

Feeling strong with the chins and deadlifts. Keep forgetting and doing 5 reps on DLs.

Cardio is gonna suck. No way around it. Grip strength is going to be shot.

I'll take tomorrow off for sure, but I might do Monday's workout on Sunday and the Tuesday workout on Monday. It's going to be a challenge to workout on Wednesday.

This post was a running tab between sets.

Last comment...my legs snd forearms were gassed after cardio. Taking the kids to a pumpkin patch tomorrow so I'll definitely get my recovery steps in.

Good week fellas! Squatober is 1/4 over.

Feel sorry for you poor bastards that started late and have to catch up this weekend. I’m looking forward to a few rest days.

Finishing up my recovery:

I did all the workouts and all the walks (plus a 1hour morning walk every day). Ready for some rest days now!

tonight was easy but hard

I found everything easy but I was just sluggish. Kind of run down plus I had to get up early on my day off to drive to doctors in Houston for my annual. All that time in the car back and fourth wore me out. Plus I had done Saturday’s workout on Sunday so this was day 6 in a row for me. I was happy that first thing doc said was damn, you look swole what you been doing? Made me feel good

I did go down to 53 pound bells on the farmers walks and only used one 53 lbs bell on the reverse lunges.

And not sure if I fricked up rep count on dead’s, if I did oh well.

Honestly proud of myself, cause I can tell you last two months, I would have skipped the cardio, but I am determined to do the whole program this month.

Finished day 7. Super proud because I got my arse up on a Saturday. Now on to youth football all day long. I feel like I’ve earned the BBQ I’m going to be eating tonight

Checking in after sleeping 10 hours last night. Can't remember the last time I slept 10 hours. Been trying to make sleep more of a priority

Sleep is important so important. So glad my newborn is letting me get my usual 8-9 hours in.

Have a weird want to squat this morning, but will just stretch and walk today.

I don't, but I usually workout on Saturday mornings so my mind is telling me to. My body is not.

I may sneak out there and do some pullups and OHP. Maybe.

I’m about to hit a PPSA inspired shoulder/arms/abs workout this am as I watch first half of the LSU game:

Warmup: cable face pulls/triceps pushdowns (light)
1)8 OHP/20 cable curl superset 4 sets
2) 20lat raises/10 zottman curl superset 3 sets

Cardio: hanging leg lifts/calf raises to failure 3 sets

//edit biceps were a good bit more tired than I expected

Did everyone remember to get their steps in? I hit up a light ruck first thing this morning and felt great. Dropped the pack and did one more mile walking.
