Bought it off of Amazon. Two different length cables, 2 handles, rope and lat pull down bar for $70.

Squats were nice. Thought today was the day I’d be able to get through bench, but as soon as I loaded it up for the first set of 2 the pain flared back up. Maybe next week.

The cardio looks to be the worst part of tomorrow's workout

I actualyl fell like tomorrow wont be that bad...at all. the Cardio looks fun but i do know I am going to be sore in the arms for the weekend for sure.

We have Rouge et blanc this weekend which is a big wine event here in LC so 100% gonna enjoy the time off. Will be well earned to cause i had to do day 1 on sunday, so will be 6 days straight.

I'm just gonna get one of the old ladies in the morning class to throw a medicine ball at me a few times.

I agree. I'll do the prescribed work first, but may add some shoulder work after, depending on how I'm feeling and how much time I have before I have to log-on the computer for work.

I'll go walk/jog with my crazy arse GSP and maybe loosen up on the assault bike before as a warm up.

I agree on hitting some extra shoulders/biceps stuff afterwards though.

Picked up Arm Farm, so I'll be running that with y'all next month. I don't know any of you, but following the same program and posting about it makes this more fun.

I grabbed a pair of 25s. Wasn't about to go heavy when I haven't practiced the movement. I still need to find something good and stable to rest my rear foot on.

I have the old Arm Farm. Are most of y'all running the remastered version?

I did 50 lb in each hand for RFESS. Was kinda feeling it out. Legs could have handled more, but my balance was too out of whack to try it.

For Silverback I used 25s on RFESS. I’ll move up to 30s now.

I didn't see a remastered one. The name of my file is "PPSA ARM FARM 2" though.
