I think I got these in the correct order:
The shooter falls on the ground and a peaceful protester runs up and kicks him. The skateboard guy can be seen running towards the shooter.
The skateboard guy hits the shooter with his skateboard.
The skateboard guy tries to pull the gun away from the shooter.
The skateboard guy is shot. The paramedic hat guy runs towards the shooter with his hands up.
The paramedic hat guy puts his hands down and runs at the shooter with a gun in his right hand.
The paramedic hat guy is shot in the arm and runs away. The shooter starts getting up.
The shooter gets up and walks away.

He’s holding the gun in his right hand while his “hands are up”.
Edit: one of the videos shows him running behind the shooter and putting his hand behind is back near his waistband, probably pulling the pistol then as he’s chasing, iirc.

It's all going to depend on what happened in the first shooting. Was he being attacked when he shot?

The paramedic guy already has the gun in his hand when he’s holding his hands up.
AR guy knows he’s armed. As soon as Paramedic guy made a move - AR guy did too.

He is indeed holding a gun with hands up. Weird medic behavior for sure.

If the first guys kick lands and dazes or knocks him out his gun was going to be taken and they would have kicked and beat the shite out of him. Good chance he was going to suffer serious injuries and or death.

Looked for it.. All I saw was where the guy in the maroon tshirt was an instigator, but I have not seen anything where he attacked.
