The only thing Rittenhouse did wrong was stand up and hold still in the middle of the street, not knowing whether or not someone had a gun aimed at him. He needed to get out of the open immediately after he shot the ringleader guy in the arm.

Remember, this guy with his "hands up" has a gun brandished as well. He pulls up after the skate boarder gets ventilated, raises his hands briefly, then almost immediately makes an aggressive move toward the shooter before his elbow gets turned into hamburger helper.

I think what he's saying is, what happened immediately before the video. Lefty blogs are saying that he had already shot someone and that's why he was being chased.
