How many beers a week do you have while working out?

Do me I stick to 0 on Sunday through Thursday but on Friday and Sunday usually 8-10

I've cut it out 5 days a week but I'm not cutting it out on the weekend. When home I may switch to.liquor or tequila though

I typically only drink on Saturday. Maybe 4 beers at most. I really try to keep it under control. I love beer, but I know too much is not good.

Football season or not football season 
One thing I have done the last year is cut out craft beer and IPAs for the most part
Only have one with a dinner once in a while
Any day boozing or night boozing for games I stick to with bud or bud light
If not during season maybe 5 a week

I've slowly cut out craft beers. My outside fridge used to stay stocked with a variety of stuff. Only thing in there currently is some White Claw Mangos for the wife.

Don’t drink at all during the week. I really only drink for events now.
