Agency? No, not really. You have to understand, not a lot of relevant national or international "news" happens. Probably 360 days out of any year, 30 broadcast minutes is plenty to cover events each day, and maybe 4-5 pages of print articles if you want details. That's not about the White House, or even just Washington, that's news relevant to the US in some shape, including big things in Europe and across the world.

Problem is, CNN was invented, and it spawned similar 24 hr "news channels".
And outside of the occasional military actions, they have literally all day to fill, with little actual "news". So they started expanding beyond the day's news, to debating and editorializing about it. Crossfire might have seemed a good idea, but it has led to the way things are today- anchors don't really even relay the events impartially, they comment and critique, and spin, sometimes before telling you what happened. Sometimes they don't even say what happened, they discuss and counter the talking points other anchors brought up.

I mean, seriously- when was the last time a CNN reporter stated that today, the president pushed issue A, Congress started to consider it, and this is what occurred today... and left it there for you to know. "Oh, they began to evaluate some of the highway funding for the interstates, wanted to look at whether there is enough for maintanence, too much, not enough".
That just doesn't happen. Look at Trump's tariff ideas... we were bombarded with opinions of the media before it was even clearly explained to the public. One channel said it was awful, another said it was good, but nobody laid it out objectively and in detail, and just left it for the public to assess.

The Wall Street Journal. The editorial page leans conservative, but everything else is hard news.

It is hard to pick an agency, but as an individual Bret Baier on Fox is as neutral as you can get. Most of Fox, btw, is opinion shows and not true news. And they admit it.

You're not going to find a neutral news organization until you break the two-party system

I like to watch One America News. They just report news stories....no bullshite panels.

But I caught some program they ran early one morning about the “alt right” that definitely leaned right.

AP and Reuters come closest if you just want basic facts. They do put a slight leftist spin on stuff but nothing like NYT or CNN.

None really

People saying FNC are ridiculous. Easily near the top of the list in biased large outlets, alongside MSNBC/NYT/WaPo/MSNBC

Fox is a mouthpiece for the White House, at least to the level that any of the networks were for Obama.

I agree with this. Lately I’ve noticed that they do a pretty good job of sticking to the facts. Dunno if that’s always been the case.

The Hill was once a truly congressional newspaper, it was great.

It's very click-baity now, unfortunately.
