The one going in across from the BREC park. Hoping it's not a DSLD or DR Horton project.

Kinda pissed they took away the RC airplane field for a tiny neighborhood that will flood twice a year

They added a ton of fill. It's not gonna flood whatever it is.

It didn’t flood in August.

ETA and I believe the new RC field is by Farr Park in River Road

That is surprising. They must’ve really built it up. That field used to turn into a pond every time it rained.

They dug ponds in the back closer to Highland Road and used that material to build up the homesites.

They took away the R/C field?? That sucks, those old men really enjoyed showing off their planes on weekends. Poor guys.

What sucks is that my hunting area on Burbank is slowing disappearing with all these areas that are being built.

Alvarez Construction. Pretty good builder for those types of neighborhoods.

I use to live in Oak Hills, and on the weekends i could walk out of the house and watch them fly over the trees.
