Looking for a gunite pool w/ hot tub and about 1400sqft of most likely travertine decking. Not necessarily looking for the cheapest but wanting to keep it as “affordable” as possible. Any reqs or personal experiences good or bad would be appreciated...

It willl just inflate the cost of private schools. Having already chosen to make the sacrifice to send my kids to private school I am not a fan. I am sure there will be income requirements which I would likely not meet. ...
