You need to loosen the frick up bro. If a football game...and a PRE-SEASON one at that...affects you that much, you might need to find another sport. Like badminton.

Meh, it's preseason. I was encouraged by a lot of what I saw. Kikaha looks healthy, Kamara looks shifty and fast, anzalone and williams are ball hawks.

It would have been nice to get the win, but It's just a glorified exhibition.

When did this happen? Meaning, which unit was in?

Honest question because I pretty much quit watching after the half.

The only victory of concern is no injuries.

I don't care about losing a preseason game, but that call is the same one Allen has been making since 2015.

He plays the sticks and keep everything in front of you, which is why we give up every single short pass so easily to wide open guys.

But then at the worst fricking possible times when he knows he fricked up he'll do stupid shite like a zero blitz on short yardage 3rd or 4th down and doesn't even disguise it.

I can't stand his stupid arse play calling and zone schemes. It's driven me nuts the last 3 years. So while yes this was just a preseason game, it shows that Allen has no intention of changing his scheme or play calling.

If the players can't outplay his calls we are going to be in for a LONG year, and we better pray Cam or Vaccaro don't miss time because they cover up a ton of his shite.

Are you really that concerned over a preseason game?

When I watch the preseason I look at two things, the stock up/downs that come out after the game and the injury report.

Game didn't matter, but it was disturbingly similar to last year's problems on D.

Are you fricking kidding me with this retarded arse thread?

2 minutes left in the 1st preseason game where our 5th and 6th string scrubs are in, and Cleveland was still playing guys that will factor into their team.

You realize that coaches run plays because they want to see how their players will execute it? They haven't even installed full offensive and defensive packages.

Jesus.

I think we'd have had better luck if it was 3rd and 25.

3 - 25

Now that sound's familiar...

I'd be more worried if I thought the guys who wiffed on the play were going to be on the roster a month from now

clear example that there will be "no" change in giving up HUGE plays on a regular basis.

just like last year, almost every sack or negative play is followed up by a 20 yard play to not only erase the good play but give the other team more momentum to continue the drive.

it is very clear that these things aren't happening just because players make mistakes, but that its a result of the defensive play calling and design schemes that are letting such things happen so regularly at critical times in every game
