Where would be a good place to work as a college student low on spending money?
Just saw a post on Facebook although it is a month old now that bowies was looking for people in the gun department. I am going to go tomorrow and see what happens. Can't hurt to ask we will see what happens

Without any type of background on what you know, you are going to get some off the wall answers.

I worked as a student at the aquaculture farm. It was cool if you like crawfishing, seine netting, feeding fish, mowing... Lots of mowing, etc.

Get a job bartending, cash could be good depending on where you work and perks can be great.

Similar topic on money board. My suggestions were waiter/bartender, life guard, or something you can study at.

Mine is the coolest. I get paid to do yacht things.
But all BS aside, are you trying to build meaningful experience, or have fun? Those two can melt together to an extent if you do it right.

If you can find something in the field you think you want to be in, go do it, even if it's less money.
That said, when I was an undergrad, I delivered pizzas for Domino's on Staring part time, ran lawn care crews during the summer, deck handed for offshore charters, and even went down to Venice with no work to hustle jobs cleaning fish(that got Mack mad as hell when he was there).
Experience in your field is really good if you can get it though and I recommend that if you're even a little confident you know what you want to do. I'm also over 40 and still don't know what I'm going to be when I grow up but I think ended up doing fairly well for myself...

I wouldn't consider any indoor job at that age, cool. But that's just me.

Either go work for LSU ag center (best job I ever had) or go hang sheet rock

I had a campus job and was barely squeaking thru college until I started bartending. I made good money my last 3 years of school and had a great time. You could get a job as a waiter and make good money too. It also teaches you about customer service. Plus you will meet lots of people.
When my 2 kids get to the age of needing a job, I will definitely try to get them to work in a nicer restaurant.

I worked at Harley Davidson for a little bit while at LSU. It was pretty cool, didn't pay much.

Beach Chair rental guy. You will be at work early and stay late, so money cant be spent while working. You meet lots of people and girls. You can make a lot of money, if you have a good area. But the jobs get taken up really quick.

Serious answer.
Mortuary.
It's an apprentice type atmosphere where if you can get in you may be able to network enough to make a career out of it. No one gets in without a contact in the business. Lots of money to be made.
