Typical "hood" activities.
Why would ANYBODY with their Right Mind, live there? Then they are "surprised" when these things happen. Go to Oakhood mall and LOOK at what is there.
Its kinda like going to the "QUARTER" and realizing they serve ALCOHOL on Bourbon Street.....lol

Just saw this guy on the news. It was everything I was hoping it would be plus more. NOLA always has the best eyewitnesses...mostly cuz usually they are drunk.
