Michael Keaton was a good Batman, but after watching the movie again recently, the movie is shite.
Batman 1989 was a badass movie in it's day....but it is starting to show it's age. Tim Burton just sucks.

And just FTR, the feud between Smith and Burton, if there was one, was because of a joke interview Smith did claiming Burton stole a shot for Planet of the Apes from a comic book series Smith did as a tie in between Chasing Amy and Dogma. Burton saw it and freaked out, saying "anyone who knows me knows I would never read a comic book". Smith replied with that line.

I thought bale was a good batman but I liked Keaton a lot as Bruce Wayne. I did love Christian Bale's shite eating grin on his face when he was in Bruce Wayne IDGAF mode.

I think I prefer Bales version because we actually see the process, as opposed to alluding to it in the other films. So for me, Bale was more believable because we actually saw it happen.

Kevin Conroy, through his voice work, beats them all. Hands down.

I liked keaton the best but obviously the bale movies as a whole were much better

Christian Bale even though I'm not a fan of his Batman voice.

If we're including animated than certainly Conroy. Batman the Animated Series was the best 'modern' (even though it's getting pretty old now…) interpretation of the universe and Conroy fit the role perfectly. Live action, Keaton. Prefer his understated performance to the awful snarling Bale and the barely noticeable Kilmer or Clooney.

Bale. Easily. Not even close.
And I'm actually a big fan of West's portrayal.

Nope.
There's a reason why he's voiced Batman for decades.

Ben Affleck will be GOAT!
Who knows, he may be good. Heath Ledger surprised me.
I wonder if Michael Fassbender would be a good Batman?
