Every other night I get hungry at about 9. Eat dinner at 6. I usually eat skinny pop with some shakes of ranch seasoning on top.

Anyone else got a favorite ?

My go to is frozen berries. If I can spare the extra calories, I’ll add Greek yogurt and a lil honey.

Yasso Greek yogurt bars are great! 80-100 calories per bar depending on the flavor.

I eat the same snack every night, pack of pistachios and a string cheese. Random, but works for me.

Ice cream used to be my Achilles heel. Replaced it with these. Love them. 140 calories and 20g protein.

Plain nonfat Greek Yogurt w chocolate whey - fills you up and very high protein

Now I'm experimenting with high protein Ninja creami since late night ice cream is great

If it's a sweet tooth craving, zero sugar cheesecake jello mixed with skim fairlife. I haven't tried it with a little vanilla protein powder mixed to see if it will still become "jello"

My go to has been various cereals, been doing more of the Special K (chocolate or fruit & yogurt) when I need to eat something late at night. My biggest problem is the kids will find it, and it will become their new favorite breakfast. Causes a slight guilt feeling when I'm needing a little something extra to fight off the nauseous feeling from meds (I don't eat large dinners)

I do this with vanilla almond milk. Never thought I'd like it but even converted my parents to almond milk.

I keep a bowl of grapes in the fridge that are easy to get to. I’ve learned that when I wake up in the middle of the night for a snack it has to be really easy to get or I end up eating junk food.

When i'm craving a little more sweet/dessert type of things, I usually keep some of these around. 140 calories per. Let it sit on the counter for like 5-10 minutes to soften up just a bit, but theya re very tasty.

Otherwise, usually some greek yogurt and frozen fruit or something. Usually have some cookies n cream protein powder so that and yogurt is pretty decent too.
