The Fall (2006) with Lee Pace. Visually awesome. I think if it was made today it would just be too over the top with CGI.

I like this from the wiki:

Roger Ebert of the Chicago Sun-Times gave the film four stars out of four and wrote, "You might want to see it for no other reason than because it exists. There will never be another like it."

Sounds like it is finally available to stream starting this year which is insane to me.
