How American of her!
And people still think a Civil War isn’t coming.
We live in a country where half the of the people, officials, and 95% government has been captured.

She has the biggest teeth I have ever seen.

This crap is waaaaayyyyyy out of control.
The effect of her order is that anyone can now vote in U. S. elections. Why not send ballots to Peru? Pakistan? Kenya?

Need to do something about these radical judges - there needs to be some sort of judicial review panel which compels them to use legitimate constitutional absolutes for their reasoning.
They are acting like defense attorneys with their automatic 'not guilty' pleas.

So China can just fly over a ton of people and vote for us to give them everything?

You can’t tell me that ain’t a dude with a wig!

Pretty sure this cannot hold up as there is a little something in the rule book saying that only qualified players can participate

I buy Starbucks for my wife occasionally. Maybe I should be allowed to sit in on corporate and/or shareholder meetings.

They’re going to force him to ignore their orders come hell or high water.
Their strategy for the midterms is clear: war, domestic strife and the “Trump is a dictator” narrative.

This makes no difference, Trump just lost the mid terms with his amnesty for farm and hotel workers.
Looks like Miss Lindsey is the Trump whisperer for foreign and domestic affairs.

Oh, good grief. Try reading. On second thought, you may be too stupid to read and understand. She didn't block citizenship requirements.
LINK
"There is no dispute (nor could there be) that U.S. citizenship is required to vote in federal elections and the federal voter registration forms require attestation of citizenship," Casper wrote. "The issue here is whether the president can require documentary proof of citizenship where the authority for election requirements is in the hands of Congress, its statutes ... do not require it, and the statutorily created [Election Assistance Commission] is required to go through a notice and comment period and consult with the States before implementing any changes to the federal forms for voter registration."
Nothing wrong with strenthening ID laws, but this isn't a dismissal of citizenship requirements. You're mainstreammediaing the issue.

A Massachusetts federal judge just BLOCKED enforcement of President Trump's executive order requiring citizenship for federal elections.
THIS IS UNREAL. A judge is now trying to let NONCITIZENS vote in elections.
Judge Denise Casper, an OBAMA judge
These judges don't give a shite. They know their ruling is going to be overturned, but they take a personal stance and issue ideology based judgements, not constitutional.

Some jackass will probably proudly claim that it's all about checks and balances.
If fed judges have executive powers then they need to start being voted in by the American citizens, and not appointed, and they need term limits. Having power that rivals the executive branch should not be lifelong appointments..

It is already illegal for noncitizens to vote in Federal Elections. Your thread title is misleading. The judge blocked the "proof" of citizenship, like some form of id etc. If a noncitizen votes it is still illegal.

But...if you aren't required to provide proof of citizenship, then how do you know if a voter is a citizen or not?

Bunk supports this.

Same judge to rule today to make Israel rebuild Irans nuclear facilities.

And the vote still counts because it may be discovered after the fact because you don’t need to prove you are a citizen to vote.
