I ended up just researching as best I could and they seem to all make excuses that the European Union Laws, International Maritime Law, the Great Britain asylum laws and process and no agreement with France to return is to blame. At a minimum it looks like you could easily change the local asylum laws like we have in the US.

Please explain to me why a country would allow and facilitate this? I really don't understand it so can someone tell me what the government in charge is thinking even though it may not make sense to me.

Yeah calculated risk on Z's part, ruffling their feathers a little is much less than thousands of NKs in the field think twice about their fighting future. SK just saving face with a comment.

No I don't see that. I see it like a said, a public notice to those NK soldiers in the field to lay down your arms. I don't see how it is an idiot move. What does it harm?

The Associated Press and others have absolutely zero remaining journalistic integrity. No sources confirmed, just posted it as if it really happened. The attack was in the middle of the night like 2AM Iran time, weird time for a wedding.

Having a wedding in the middle of the night seems to be a poor choice which is when the US conducted those attacks. Also must of been a very poor venue location, like right next to a barracks or radar.

Why would they need to break a blockade when they totally control the straight according to them. This does nothing but confirm how effective the blockade is and they have now blinked. Keep pouring it on and also add missions related to cutting of overland routes to Afghanistan/China.

I understand that but with the technology we have today we should be able to immediately detect those launches and reverse that trajectory and pinpoint exactly where that launcher was sitting and hunt them down. We were doing that with scud launchers in 1990.

Why have we not been able to acertain when and where these missles are being launched from. I'm a little tired of hearing we have decimated that capability when doesnt look like we are even close.

Why aren't we smoking every boat that leaves the shore? With the peace talks going the IRGC is running around taking shots at tankers and cargo vessels to undermine any agreement that the political leaders are trying to make.
