I'm starting this primarily for the morning group of us around here. Topic is self explanatory.
For linear it's Maria Taylor. Aside from her stupid arse French signoff, she's a drastic improvement from Tirico on late night. Tirico is great hosting live events but it's hard to watch him on the glorified 3 hour highlight show.
As a DirecTV Redzone fan, I'm partial to Siciliano. The league's Redzone guy is solid but I can't get him being the Wipeout guy out of my head. Rebecca (the USA/Peacock chick) is really good with transitions between sports.
