The only thing we know for certain Bak was given to stay at Bama was the opportunity to play receiver.

Wish he'd go back to CB though, or be open to playing both like Travis Hunter.

I think you're a clown for comparing yourself and other middle school coaches to CKD. You are the poster child for the travel ball coach whom every adult with half a brain thinks is a freaking loser. I hate to break it to you but Braxxton and Jaxxson aren't going D1 from you taking middle school sports was too damn serious.

Damn, went right for the jugular.

This board is generally pretty weird about Purdy. Usually a guy who was the last pick in the draft turning into a borderline top 10 QB in the NFL would have most everyone rooting for him. But I guess the uniform is preventing that.

Purdy joined the rare 49er 5 TD club last night that consists of Joe Montana, Steve Young and... him.

Just wanted to drop in and say congrats on reaching the century mark in downvotes.

Not an easy achievement.

I didn't think there that many posters and lurkers on this board.

lol, i'm about to tell on myself. just a few days ago, i literally told my brother that part of ckd's problems are his soft voice. his actual voice is soft. where sabans voice has an edge to it, deboers has no edge, its just soft.

They were talking on JOX about how DeBoer is a totally different beast in the locker room. We got a glimpse of it when he came out of the tunnel vs Tennessee. Dude looked like he was about to ready destroy somebody for that brief stretch before shifting into PC coach mode.

Also got a glimpse when the obvious DPI on Bernard wasn't called early in the OU game. He was losing his mind on the ref involved.

So yeah, don't think the guy's soft just because he doesn't scare the shite out of people in press conferences like Saban did.

A personal favorite of mine is driving the Pacific Coast Highway from around Santa Monica up to Solvang(cool old Nordic city) and San Luis Obispo. It obviously goes further, but for a day trip that’d be fun. It’s a beautiful drive with some fun stops on the way.

That's my area. About a 3.5 hour drive from LA proper, but the majority of the trip is right on the coast if you stick to the PCH and 101. Definitely worth the drive if you have time and want to get out of the city and see some of this incredible coastline.

Have a great trip, and Roll Tide Roll!

All I have heard today and yesterday is how Indiana is unbeatable. They are the best team this year. QB is a brainiac in the mold of John Elway and never makes mistakes. They are the best coached team with the best coach. The most disciplined. Their defense is impenetrable and their OL and running game is better than ours.
They are better in every metric than us.
They may beat us by 10-30 points.
These are quotes from talking heads on different TV portals . Only Finebaum and some guy on TNT picked us.
CBS guys were actually making fun of us.
I have not seen Indiana play so have no opinion of my own. Chizik was rapturous in his praise.
Then I heard Cignetti speaking ; wow what a pompous arrogant prick.
What do you guys think?

The over-the-top praise is pretty wild. All the talking heads giving Bama basically no shot are pretty much professionally trolling.

On top of everything, Alabama will be healthier than they've been since the start of the season. Even getting marginally more healthy vs OU was still a huge jump from the SEC championship, and we saw what happened.

Was never a fan of the "LANK" stuff, but it seems more appropriate now: let all these motherfricking naysayers know

Draft tua - unsuccessful

I mean, Tua took them to the playoffs back to back seasons, which hadn't happened for Miami since 2001. Dolphins are just a poorly run franchise overall.

If they get Mendoza, he'd still be stuck in a ground up rebuild for years most likely before being able to make anything happen. Anyone trust the Dolphin's front office to not frick it up? Yeah, me neither.

Alabama's best win Oklahoma?

Wins over currently ranked #3 #8 and #13

Did you see Indiana's OL get caved in by OSU?

No, and neither did you.

So wild that Boutte didn't do shite in college and is having a productive NFL career after dropping to the 6th round.
Was thinking the same. Just call it like it is without getting over emotional.

KC losing to the Titans is therapeutic for the rest of the league.

Sanders has no awareness. Should have been a safety.
The funny thing to me is how much of the Rant and MSB are in agreement with them.
Myles Garrett with 22 sacks on the year. One more would give him the single season record.
