Agreed and I think that factor has all but been confirmed, just based off of the location.

Yes, Benton is full and we are busy trying to combat the squatted truck infiltration.

I agree.

Depending on the circumstances the baw could end up in some trouble. Can't make decisions on how things in the legal system should be, gotta operate based on how they are.

The poor kid's parents are the ones who should be in trouble over this.

I'd say that's likely unless he was in the vehicle or the kid pointed a gun at him.

#1 social problem in America = lack of fathers.

70% of AA children don’t have a father in the home. Up from 25% in 1965 (pre-Civil Rights era). That being said, statistics show that without a father in the home you are 5x more likely to grow up poor, on government assistance, and commit crime. 9x more likely to drop out of school by their senior year. 20x likely to end up in jail.

Given the shooter was not arrested, there has to be a gun somewhere in the group of pre-teens. This is the only logical explanation for me. Am I right is saying that the rest of those pre-teens could be charged with murder (or maybe manslaughter?) since they were involved in a crime that resulted in someone being killed? For all of those kids to go to jail would be a very unfortunate twist.

Cause it is MY stuff and not my life.

Yeah, I believe that is correct. Given how young they are, I highly doubt they'd get charged as adults though.

You Bentonites have my father to thank for your water supply. He built that back before I was born over 60 years ago. Barely been updated since then. Dad built things right as a Civil Engineer, not just the minimum required, and then he personally oversaw the construction not allowing slackers and corner cutting. Hence, 60+ years and still functioning for an ever growing populace.

Is this really an accurate #?

I knew it was significant, but had no idea it was that high.

Classic case of FAFO. It is too bad for the kid that he was shot but it would have happened sooner or later if he continued his criminal activities.
