Going to be commuting to Jersey Village Monday mornings and the rest of the week to Conroe and north to Livingston area.
---at least you'll have some variety!

I commute from Kingwood to City Centre 3 days a week. Suck it up, it’s Houston.

Edit I leave my house at 5am its 40 mins, ~50 mins back if I leave at 3pm sharp.

Depends on what part of Spring. If you’re close to 45 you hop on there and hit 8. Regardless. It’s a good 50-65 min commute.

If you could get to work at 6 and leave at 3 you’d be better off

Why don’t you move up on the lake?

Right now (3:59 PM) Waze Live Map shows a minimum 1 hour, 9 minute travel time. Your Monday morning commute to arrive at 0700 would be estimated at 50 minutes.

Made that drive many a time from Kingwood when we had pipeline jobs over there.

From Spring, OP is gonna hate life making this commute.

I live in Benders Landing and it takes me 45 mins, averaged out, from door to door, going to LyondellBasell. Only bad traffic is afternoon time, unless there is a wreck. 4am-4pm

I leave every morning by 545 from Spring (Harmony) and make it to Deer Park every morning by 630. You have to take Hardy for sure and not 45

I had to look that area up Haven't lived in Houston in the better part of a decade. Amazes me to see how it's building up around 99 every time we go visit family.

I don’t think my wife would want to commute down to Houston from there. Spring seems like the happy medium.

Back in the day, I grew to hate the opening of school in the fall.
I commuted around Katy Freeway, and each year the traffic back up was one exit further west come late August school start.
They've added lots of "improvements" since then. So glad I wasn't there for the improvements.

Depends on the traffic but optimum conditions it’s probably 45 minutes. Probably more like an hour most days to 1:15 or worse on really bad days

Add 15 minutes to that and you’re right on the button.
