Hope you enjoy podcasts and hating traffic baw.

ETA - if you can time it right, it won’t be terrible. Where in Spring are you?

Without knowing the exact addresses, that’s still at least 30-35 miles, probably more.

That’s a rough commute but it won’t be bumper to bumper.

Knew a guy that made that commute for about 10 years. You will miss the peak of traffic but that’s a grind of a commute.

Pretty brutal. Depends on the traffic but optimum conditions it’s probably 45 minutes. Probably more like an hour most days to 1:15 or worse on really bad days

1.5 hours is what I’d build into my schedule.

I don’t know what’s worse. The departure spot, the commute, or the destination.

Also varies greatly depending on where you live in Spring and where you’re going in Deer Park. You can live in a subdivision in Spring way off 45 or Hardy or whatever and it takes 15-20 minutes alone just to get to the freeway

I’m looking at moving to Benders Landing in spring or somewhere in that area. Going to be commuting to Jersey Village Monday mornings and the rest of the week to Conroe and north to Livingston area.

Yep - Friday afternoons are going to be no fun at all.

Holee fark. Anything involving 610, 288, and 59 can FOAD. There is no driving against traffic on 610 and 59. If you tried to take 99 to Westpark to 8/610, that's $10 each way assuming you're getting on 99 at about I-45.

You're close to the point I'd just rent an apartment near Deer Park for the week, and see your fam on the weekends.

Suffering is life.

Probably 45 mins. Not horrible.

I commute from downtown to Pasadena every day. It sucks. 40 in the am and 1 hr in the afternoon.

It takes me 50 minutes to get from I-10/99 to Spring on Saturdays, doing more than 80MPH.
