Covid is political.

Well you would be less baffled if you learned how to read an entire briefing where it states that isn't what it meant.
How about you drop the condescending tone and read yourself. I said explicitly from what I saw posted and what they have written. Don’t tell me 27 paragraphs down below that they corrected or clarified something and then try to insult me because I didn’t. “learn how to read“. That is just disingenuous.

Never had a flu vaccine, never had the flu. Never had a COVID vaccine, never had COVID.

How is that even possible?
Both the virus and the vaccine are bioweapons. pretty simple

How is it poorly worded? I cited the entire paragraph from the CDC. What am I missing?
You did, but some important details that clarified the lede were further down in the article. I had the same initial reaction as you did Rappy, I mean Kaiju.

Personally, it seems like vaccinated people keep getting COVID over and over while unvaccinated don’t get it as much. But that’s just anecdotal.
We test where I work. This current wave seems to be 99% sinus congestion and sore throat. While I do notice most of the people testing positive are vaccinated, there are plenty of people who decline testing and just want a steroid shot and cough meds. These people obviously have covid, but the unvaccinated dgaf about getting test every time they get the sniffles. If the vaccinated titbags didnt run for a test with every sniffle, the news would not have data to scream about.

The reason I started this thread was because what I posted was almost verbatim what I heard on the radio. That was the full context of the issue. I think the host even read that one line in the paragraph and others have provided here.
To be honest, I think, separating relevant information down the page is an intentional CYA. It seems pretty striking to have that one comment but not immediately follow it with some clarification.

Bruh, if anyone is not operating on good faith, it’s you. It’s been explained over and over again how you didn’t fully comprehend what you read. I don’t know why you’re still harping on it, but whatever.
It’s pretty clear that what the CDC is saying is that due to the number of mutations observed in the new variant, immunity (whether vaccine or infection acquired) to previous strains MAY not provide as much help for this new variant.
Not that those with immunity are somehow selectively targeted by the variant. They probably didn’t feel the need to clarify, because that is a fricking stupid premise (which you actually seem to understand based on your OP).
If you still aren’t understanding that, it’s a you problem.

Take your own advice ‘bruh’.
I said at least 2x that I heard a thing, then read a thing . What I read was posted here. I can’t comment on what I didn’t read. Or is that too complex for your peabrain to grasp?
Done explaining to one who isn’t invested in honest dialogue.

A conclusion I neither made or implied. Even a little. That’s your own head canon.
Good grief.

Probably already stated in this thread, but your premise is incorrect. It’s a poorly worded assessment from the CDC. It’s INTENDED to mean “more likely than previous strains” not “more likely than the unvaccinated.

The new virus was manufactured to seek out the vaccinated and previous Carriers

Everything about covid response for the last 3 years goes against common sense. Because its all about money. Every policy, mandate, lockdown, etc. was driven by the trillions of dollars being spent by governments (PPP loans, vaccines, stimulus checks)
