I need Milly Alcock to be in everything

D’arcy will have a tall order replacing her when they do that time jump. She’s been great.

Who were the other dragons/riders?

Not looking forward to her being replaced.

As Passing said, Laenor Velaryon (the Sea Snake’s son). This was the same son a member of Viserys council recommended him marrying Rhaenyra to.
I believe that was his dragon, Seasmoke.

Solid episode. However, I think I missed it from the last episode, but where did this crab guy come from and why was he such a threat to House Velaryon?

Basically a warlord pirate in the step stones and can cut off a large chunk of trade between the continents.
Which means $$ to House Velaryon.

good episode but i don't understand why the crab guy gave them such a hard time for 3 years. they had facking dragons with them the whole time

Good episode. Even when it's irritating, it's nice to see a story written by someone who knows how to tell one. I also enjoy the return to a weekly aired show rather than a binge or streaming release model.
Credit where it's due. It's been interesting enough to follow so far. I even like Daemon's slinkier-shaped dragon. It's a style you see in old paintings and engravings, etc. but is seldom used in movies and TV.

Use the dragons to cut off all connection outside of the caves. That's as good as a win.

They couldn’t do a siege?

Right. They took the seven continents but caves stop them

Matt Smith is killing this role

Good episode, really the only gripe I have is the anticlimactic nature of Craghas demise, but I wouldn’t put it past the show to maybe show a flashback later of Daemon having some sort of dialogue with him momentarily. Still great stuff.

they never took Dorne. and lost a dragon trying to take it. Dornish used the same tactics as crab man. they only took Dorne through marriage
