I imagine this thread won't really kick off until Monday or Tuesday because of the LSU game and the holiday. From the previews, it's obvious that we jump forward by a pretty good length of time.
This show is so much better than I thought it would be.
Now, I have a question to ponder. Maybe it has been discussed, I don't know. Here it is:
Do you think Melisandre will make an appearance somewhere during the run of this show? From what we know from GoT, Melisandre should be alive during this time.
What say you?

Could be an interesting cameo given how old she actually is supposed to be at the time of GOT. I think I read the actress at one point was interested but I don't know if that would translate to her being on the show necessarily.

Just wanting to apologize to the MB and fans of this show for how I acted in the last thread towards a show and its fans.
Got some things going on in life beyond my control and I guess with a lack of sobriety, its easy to be an a-hole.
We all like good television here, so I hope you guys do enjoy it and once again if I annoyed or offended anyone I'm sorry.

Little early for this one. I full intend to watch it Sunday and I sincerely hope the replacement actresses are as good as these kids.

So this show has been incredible so far. I have friends who were very hesitant to give it another chance; however, they are all pleased.
Having said that, it will be VERY disappointing if Rhaenyra shows up in the Stepstones to save the day...

Agreed. I came in very hesitant. Been pleasantly surprised. Not a ton of action but I forget how much filler the OG had.
