Although it played out pretty cool, I was a little disappointed that the crabfeeder got killed off so quick. Dude could have been a legit bad guy. One of the cooler looking bad dudes I've seen in a while, he was legit creepy.
I enjoyed that episode overall pretty good. Although the hog trying to motorboat Rhaenyra was pretty funny. CGI was a little weak there.

I agree. When the showrunners take the time to throw in little 1 minute clips before episodes showing the crazy stuff this guy is doing, it was a bit weird to never show him talk, fight, or do much of anything. Maybe they are setting him up with some flashbacks, but that was weird how they killed him off screen.

He didn't talk and he just twitched his head one way or the other. Maybe they did it so when he was offed nobody would expect more? Hard to keep giving screen time to a character who doesn't participate in dialogue.

He's really portrayed well. Every episode he looks just a little more shitty in health and his personality is just a little more desperate. It's clear that the weight of the crown and all that it entails is slowly killing him.

Yeah not trying to farm downvotes in here but she looks like a mousey 14yr old to me and her bratty character is a little tiresome. Still enjoying the show immensely

10 y time jump comes in the 5th episode, and yes, then I think things really go off. Looking forward to hopefully intense dragon on dragon violence.

If they go by the book, then yes, things get really good. I cant wait till the Dance with Dragons. It's gonna make for some epic tv. It's sucks they're changing actors for the Rhaenyra and Allicent thought. They have both killed it in their roles.

In the preview after e3, it looks like Raenery gets accused of something. Is her bff/step mom going to set her up?
Was the white stag a tip of the cap to the Baratheons? Has that house even been mentioned?

All of these characters become pretty big parts down the road, I’m sure we didn’t know that Jon Snow, Arya, Joffrey, etc would be major roles down the road. Just be patient with it, the story is there and from what I’ve seen I trust them to do it justice.
