Women getting shot, laying in the street at 9:30 AM on a Monday isn't a common occurrence in most cities.

Maybe you didn't mean to, but you all but whitewashed the situation.
The video takes it to NOLA levels of sick and depraved.

Woman is shot and lying on the ground, still alive. From the foreground a man in a light colored hoodie strides purposefully up a walk way, he knows exactly where he's going, and turns to where she is lying on the ground. He walks over looks down at her, raises his rifle and shoots her once, pauses, raises the gun again and shoots her again. She writhes in agony.

He strides away because he knows when you hear gunshots, slow and steady does it for successful escapes.

It wasn't a simple one time shooting; it was much, much worse.

That's fake. You would see shite bounce up around her as the bullet cleared the body.

There was nothing fake about that video. That was a cold blooded, execution.

So the whole city is a shithole because of a domestic violence incident?

Unfortunately this sort of thing happens everywhere.

cant really fake the nervous system spasms. i have seen a lot of shite on the internet, this is a bad one because of the nature of it. no one comes to help. no one. i grew up in new orleans and this is the worst I have seen it, i was there in the early 90s too. The problem is nothing has been done to correct the violence from 30 years ago, it's just been there growing and festering.

I don't answer stupid questions. Maybe you need to ask good ones.

Which is why I gave a Cliff's Notes summary at the top of this page.

Woman lying on ground on her back, she's wearing white slacks and a red blouse. It's a parking lot. She's fallen on the pavement next to a curb. The video appears to be taken from a building second or third floor not that far from her.

.....mercenaries into the city to deal with these murdering POS?

That might be the only way to get rid of this problem, at this point. Won't happen- but it would certainly be more effective than pretending like it's not happening.

She was sent here to do this to NOLA.

She’s from Compton - established residency by attending college in NOLA.

If he so much as blinks hard when they catch up to him, they're going to light him up.

In a press conference, Erin Police Chief Mark Moore stated that officials will remain on the scene until the suspect is apprehended

"This was an ambush on an officer, we will not rest until he is captured, and justice is served whether it is by a jury or Jesus and that will be his choice"

I wonder if the Erin police chief would have any interest in running the police force in a larger metropolitan area?

It’s racist if they don’t. Didn’t the guy that just recorded the video in the Aubrey case get a murder conviction and he didn’t have any idea of what was going down.

I think a lot has been done about the crime from 30 years ago. They tore down the housing projects and spread it out so every neighborhood gets to share in the problems instead of just a select few
