If you ever pass by an ATM at midnight and see a crowd of people

It's poors and degenerates who hit their daily limit yesterday and have to wait until 12 to withdraw more cash.

How does someone find this out?

What’s a daily limit? Is that like a credic card with only $350 on it?

Yesterday was March 31. Money magically appears the first of the month for those sucking off the government teet. It has nothing to do with a daily limit. They used to have to wait until the mailman delivered a check to their residence. Now it is deposited automatically in their account on the first of each month. Their WIC cards are also automatically recharged, so they don’t have to wait on physical food stamps to arrive by mail.
The 3rd used to be “Mother’s Day”. It’s when checks would arrive for those on welfare with dependents. The more kids, the more money on the 3rd of each month. I assume it’s still the case, but now that money is deposited into a bank account. So, expect lines at midnight at ATMs again this weekend.

Money appears for most people at the end of the month. It’s called a paycheck

Just like if you see an alter in a war thread at 1am spamming shitty gifs you know he's too much of a pussy to porn bomb and get his money's worth.

That’s some 1st and the 15th government money folks

Not just them.
About 10 years back I bartended on the side and an old high school mate of mine showed up in a taxi. Went straight to ATM. (I was just watching him, he hadn’t seen me yet) kept trying to get cash out and couldn’t get any-it was payday. He was cashless and couldn’t pay the taxi while he was looking for the resident coke dealer. He’s a chemical engineer and a cokehead.

Wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up
It's the first of the month
So get up, get up, get up, get up, get up
So cash your checks and come up

By funding to purchase’s cards and making stores take it, it hides how shockingly many would have been in the free commodity lines. It’s a clever scam to hide the leaches and support the illusion that everything’s fine.

My atm is 500 dollars a day. Only for cash withdrawals.

No, but in Monroe, there is a bank on Louisville that had an ATM away from the bank building, like in the corner of the parking lot and towards the back from the main entrance. A homeless guy used to wait there and ask you for money as soon as you pulled some out. It was nerve wracking keeping that guy at bay while you pulled $200 out then told him you didn’t have any cash.
I wonder how many people handed that dude a $20 after their transaction. Not me, I never gave the loser shite.

EBT cards should be the size of a hubcap and say "broke arse motherfricker" on them in large type.
It's time to bring shame back to being a leech on society.

I always sneak a peak at the payment method of the person in front of me. Even here in Mandeville it is SHOCKING how many people whip out the EBT card.
I know it's a cliché around here, but easily over 50% of the time the person who just used their food stamps walks out to a <5 year old tahoe/yukon/suv.
It makes me furious.

I haven’t had any experience in years, but the government can’t magically make money appear at 12:01am. That’s not how it works…a daily limit by the bank possibly.
I did some social work out of college, I’m fairly certain the money didn’t hit on the 1st either. I think it was like the 7th? I can’t remember

Wrong. It’s the first of the month. Welfare reload.

That's exactly how it works at my company(private industry). Payroll direct deposits hit at midnight on the 1st and 15th.
