If he had top notch coordinators and Deion did not coach and simply tried to recruit high profile players it could work

This is why I don't think it happens. The Cowboys aren't getting Shedeur

Why won’t this work out. Wasn’t Deion supposed to fail at Colorado?

The NFL has a salary cap, this ain't college where you can just recruit all the best guys to join your team. Cowboys can only pay so many guys,

Then how does the richest franchise in professional sports get an advantage if they can’t spend it on their roster?

Pay a fortune for their front office and coaching staff, but Jerry hasn’t figured that out yet.

They didn't beat any real teaks this year. A crappy Nebraska pushed their shite in so hard Shedeur walked into the locker room with 5 mins left.

They don't. The owner takes that money to watch young chicks take doodies in public bathrooms.

I think Deion has done a good job at Colorado. Not sure I see his schtick working with 55 grown men who are used to structure and a lack of a circus.

Frick it, I’m in. I mean, we’ve been dog shite and a dumpster fire for 30 years, might as well go full nuclear.

I would laugh at that rich fool even more if he hired Deion.
