What side of the ball is Dan Campbell a guru on?
I'm not saying you have to be a guru but there are some available, which would be better options. Also, Dan Campbell had been coaching in the NFL for 10 years before he was hired as the Lion HC. Also was a proven leader of men. Not even remotely the same comparison as Deion.

Mike Tomlin was a 1 year DC after being a lifelong DBs coach and as a DC his defense ranked last against the past….
Still more qualified than Deion. Not saying he was super qualified coach but he had been coaching in the NFL for 8 years and was a hot name and obviously a very good hire.
From high school to now Deion has essentially had ONE quarterback his entire coaching career. He's not fit to come in a lead an NFL team. I will laugh my arse out the door when they do hire him and say good riddance to them because they'd finally show that they aren't at all serious about winning.

I think a lot of you may be fooling yourselves because of what you want to happen. This may be a great fit because Deion likely can handle Jerry Jones and keep him in his place. The no-recruiting, no-NIL works as much for him as against him.
Wouldn’t surprise me if he gets that job and kicks arse, sending the Prime-haters on here into a howling frenzy.

Pretty good chance this is Jerry Jones last head coach hire. What a strange way to go out if so

Dallas insider today said they contacted his agent. Texas found out and that’s why he signed a new extension and raise this weekend
I wish my job worked like that

Fire offensive coordinator because the head coach you just fired was a better play caller only to rehire the offensive coordinator as head coach. Nice.

Deion said years ago that he didn't want to coach grown men.

Looks more likely that it'll be Brian Schottenheimer which would be a god awful hire.
