Former LSU star basketball player Tyrus Thomas created this excellent painting of Angel Reese and Flau’jae Johnson. Check it out.

He should work out an NIL deal with them and sell framed prints.

That's exactly how Van Gogh would drop his new paintings. The more things change the more they stay the same.

They do it also for recruits posting pics of their visit or top schools I noticed. I don’t get why

Great player at LSU. Too bad he just disappeared when he left for the NBA after playing for just one year at LSU.

He has a unique style that could definitely turn some great work with some training and continued work. Hope he keeps churning his passion and representing… he’s become a good ambassador for lsu over yhe years

Mr Thomas has the heart. He just needs the arts education to translate his emotions to the level where we can all get it, too. Louisiana is the world’s epicenter of artistic talent yet we do not offer quality arts education. California has Cal Arts. The east coast has Penland. We have a handful of substandard provincial colleges with bloated and unproductive administrators. Choices.

Louisiana is not the “epicenter of artistic talent” who in tf told you that?

Much much better than I could do. Wish his career in the NBA was better, but good to see he's doing well.

Tyrus has always been a strange guy. I guess he has some artistic talents in addition to his basketball talents.
