Orgeron does what he wants!!

Just another fine example of media trying to stir the pot. Who cares where he goes? It's really not newsworthy. So he attended a practice at Notre Dame. Try finding something important to report.

Exactly. Not too many people can come in to town and say "Hey, let's go watch them practice." Orgeron can get on any practice field he wants.

He is trying to get his kids asst. coach gigs. If he can't they can continue to be his corner men at the camp.

I think Ed wants to coach again. He is spending his off time looking at ways to do things different/ better.

His biggest mistake was tying himself to Ponamsky. If he had actually hired someone that knew something about college football to be his personal assistant he might have actually survived.

from a guy who's never been a head coach before???

The guy screwed up our program but he still gave us the greatest season and greatest player ever. That should be respected.

We got rid of him at the right time. Had they waited much longer it would have been much worse.

That one season was still worth it. GOAT season. Legend. Even with all the mess. Best squad to ever step on a college field.

He's got the binder and going to show them how to win a National Title. Something he's done that Brian Kelly hasn't.

Why is this awkward? He is a free agent now. The man went out and got Joe Burrow. He was the head coach for the greatest season in LSU history. He is now gone due to his subsequent incompetence. I say thanks for the memories and good luck in life.

Let the man live. I’m sure the new staff at ND was more than happy to invite a coach with a championship under his belt to practice

the entire college football world knows O was a poor coach who lucked into getting Burrow and Brady together at the same time. Lightning in a bottle, as they say, not some masterstroke of program management. After both Burrow and Brady left, O drove the program straight into the ground.
