There’s some very good advice in this recipe. I love fried rice because the options to mix things up are endless. Follow the basics and it will hit every time. Crispy pork belly is probably my favorite meat to add.

Went yesterday. We ordered the traditional plate they’ve had on the food truck for years…roasted pork, rice, beans; also ceviche and tostones (we got shrimp because the fish option was tilapia, but they serve snapper in many dishes), and a marinated fried chicken dish with rice and beans and fried plantains.

Their mojo sauce is so so so f’ing good, that whatever you dip in it turns excellent. It’s that good. It’s that great.

Everything else was decent, but seemed a bit bland. They had a much larger menu than the food truck, and some good looking lunch menu options. Place is clean and nice and well thought out. The new things I tried didn’t wow me, but will 100% go back for more. Service was great and atmosphere also.
