The LSU coaching staff extended an early offer to 2025 quarterback George MacIntyre this week.

MacIntyre, a four-star prospect from Brentwood, Tenn., is rated the No. 2 quarterback in the country for the class of 2025, according to 247Sports. He is 6-5, 185-pounds.

His list of offers includes Tennessee, Michigan, Florida State, Auburn, Miami, Texas A&M, and many others.

Young man, you have seen what QBs (Burrow) can do once they get to a great program. Come on down (assuming you are the top 2 QB in the country), and you will likely become a living legend.

I assume that’s the old vandy coach George McIntyres grandson. That kid needs to load up pinto beans, fried squash, fried chicken and some mashed potatoes.

He’s thin like Miles Brennan was. Brennan eventually put on weight. He will too.

No. 2 QB in the country is only a 4 star? Is that not unusual ?

He will get that fifth star if he commits to Alabama.

2025 they aren't issuing out 5s like that yet.

Talent level is what it is. The ranking means nothing in that regard. If the #1 qb in a given year is no more better than a 3 star then he'll get 3 stars.
