re: Trail Camera Guidance Needed - tigereye58
We use Spartan cameras. They work great but sometimes will lose signal in the low signal areas. I’d highly favor the ones with better signal service. If you lose signal you have to physically be there to reset it. In some of the bottoms we will lose signal just because the signal is weak to start wi...

re: Side By Side Advice - tigereye58
Just a thought for your price range you can buy a “jump seat” for most of these sxs and just put it facing the rear in the bed of the sxs. Probably not the safest thing if your cutting donuts in the sand but just for a ride on the beach it’s probably a lot of fun. I have a can-am defender and I ...

re: New Zero Turn Mower..... - tigereye58
I got a hustler Fasttrak about a year ago. It’s been a great mower. I like the simplicity of the deck and the Kawasaki engine. I was buying a mower with the Kawasaki engine no matter what. It came down to Hustler or the Bad Boy Maverick. If you want a smooth ride look at the Maverick. I’d say most...

re: Metal shed contractors? - tigereye58
I bought my building from Muellers. They gave me 2 contractors to contact for the install. It’s a quality building. Not that the others aren’t but I wanted a steel frame building not a pole barn. ...

re: Travel ball as the source of our lack of fundamentals - tigereye58
I have 2 kids that play travel ball. I was the dad that held out on it for the longest but eventually when you get to the little league team and your kid is still the only one that can catch you have to give in. I think the OP has obviously heard some bad examples of travel ball but it’s like anythi...

They've kicked our butt tonight - tigereye58
Like it or not Hess hasn't had His control and while the pedophiles haven't either they've hit the ball with risp. We didn't defend the niece like we should have. ...

re: Private Investor - tigereye58
Sounds like the 125k is to show you have a way to cover living expenses while the income takes time to come through. This kind of stuff happens all the time in the Insurance business. They just don’t want to invest in you and 3 month in you quit because you don’t have the money to live on short term...

re: Looking more in-depth at the LSU QB situation - tigereye58
Narcisse and Breenen have each sat for 1 year. If they are smart they'll realize this is the best thing for them long term. A chance to truly mature in a system is best for both of them. Neither of them are good enough to start as a sophomore. Narcisse because of injuries and Brennen because of weig...

Who are the innovators of drone tech to invest in - tigereye58
I've been reading more and more about drone deliveries. Boeing even has a drone that can carry 500 lbs. So are there some smaller companies to watch that are innovators in drone technology or is it the Boeing and Lockheed Martin's of the world that will lead the way?...

$500 nonrefundable. I had some dogs that weren’t supposed to be there do $3000 in damage. People will pay $500 without blinking. They almost expect it. ...

re: Where is the Burrow confidence coming from? - tigereye58
It's coming from Voltiger13 saying TODAY is a great day to be a Tiger. People are reading into his Patience is a virtue thread. He is supposedly one of the 2 insiders on the Burrow stuff. Who knows if anyone knows what's true. ...

re: My dog got bit by a beaver...what to do? - tigereye58
So the vet shaved her and put staples in all of the wounds. Said the bottom wound didn't seem to puncture the abdomen so she should be fine. Gave her some antibiotic ointment and said to keep and eye out for infection. ...

re: My dog got bit by a beaver...what to do? - tigereye58
I dropped her to the vet this morning. The wounds look ok this morning but there is 1 underneath on her stomach that she wont let me look at real good. It may be deeper than the others. I'll see what the vet says. ...

re: My dog got bit by a beaver...what to do? - tigereye58
She is in pretty good shape. I can see most of the wounds. There's one that more underneath that's harder to see. I've washed them all with peroxide twice now. I'll see how she is in the morning. She's a blue healer and this is the first time we've seen a beaver. The dogs go exploring all the time....

My dog got bit by a beaver...what to do? - tigereye58
So my dog ran up a beaver in a gully near our land. It bit her about 3 times leaving 5 wounds about 1/2 inch wide. Doesn't look deep but definitely broke the skin. It bled some but not gushing. So I cleaned it with Peroxide the best she would let me. Debating taking her to the vet for stitches or if...

Replacement pipe for swing set - tigereye58
I'm looking to replace the metal pipes from a commercial swing set. The top is fine but we had to dig it up and move it so the legs bent. The company we bought it from said to buy them locally to avoid the freight charges. What type of company would carry a pipe used for a swing set? Any company in...

re: Your thoughts on 6mm Remington for deer and hogs? - tigereye58
I have killed many deer with a 6mm Remington. It’s been a great gun. I’ve had pass through on probably 80% of the deer I’ve killed. The only thing that ran off was an Audad and it didn’t have complete pass through. It wasn’t a trophy audad but in hindsight it was the wrong gun for that animal. I’v...
