Near zero, but moreso because I'm busy with life stuff and will miss a lot of games.

However, I think collectively the state of affairs within the US National team and how we’re a bunch of pussies with a lack of identity has hampered our expectations.
This + a bad manager really has hurt my enthusiasm.
Our team, above all, just doesn't make sense. Bad manger, tactics, weird camp selections, and the inability of our most talented generation to play is just maddening.

Yeah, all time low here. Garbage USMNT with no character.
Also I just miss 32 teams, top two go through. 48 is retarded.

For me, I'm shocked at how meh I am right now about a World Cup hosted in the US
I feel the same. I was more excited about the last one. With the way the team has been playing and how fricked the tickets are, I’m not enthused at all.

For me it all depends on Scaloni’s selections
Biggest question for us is who plays Left CB. Will Liche be healthy? Will he stay healthy? Otamendi is a good leader but he’s a liability if Argentina ends up facing a team like France or Portugal

I saw we just beat Brazil on a 90 + 6’ Pulisic olympico in a commercial…
I don’t know how disgusted I should feel.

We'll win the World Cup if Pulisic has the kind of powers that can change a ball's trajectory entirely as that commercial suggests.

So you dont care about the USMNT because Trump?
You people are truly fricked in the Head.
If you think I would care if Biden or Obama would support them is beyond me. The Tram represents the US and i love my country regardless of who is in office

I guarantee you there will be many brown people who come here to watch their national team play (with proper credentials) football who end up in a concentration camp in Texas or Louisiana

Also, any modicum of success the USMNT may have will be co-opted and claimed by a certain orange tinted fellow.
This is what broken looks like.

Zero excitement mainly because it feels like nothing more than a money grab. I know it’s FIFA so it’s always a money grab.

My son really really wants to watch a game live. I am considering flying to Miami or Dallas but tickets are fricking insane.

No. I don’t care about the USMNT because they are not good at soccerball.
The bonus is that the tournament is going to be a shite show almost exclusively because of the policies of the current administration.

Said about every World Cup, Super Bowl, Olympics, etc. and the events always go off without a hitch.

You’re CHOOSING to let those policies affect you personally.
Soccer is the focus, both of the thread here and the tournament.
Take it to the Poli Borad if you insist on crying about politics relating to the World Cup.

I hate to break it to you but this administration had zero to do setting the ticket prices, overseeing a broken ticketing system, transit fees, no tailgating, US playing twice in LA, and killing the overall buzz of the event.
That lays squarely at the feet of FIFA.

I'm a mixed bag. Excited that it's in the US, excited that I get to watch our boys hopefully beat up on the rest of the world at their own game. But I'm also bummed that they don't seem very eager or excited themselves and that poch has turned out to be a turd of a coach. Also FIFA fricking the prices up has pretty much ruined a dream of going to a usmnt game. That's what's letting me down the most

10/10. Though, I don’t think the US will perform well.
