I assume we'll hear the details on the DLC during their streams because that teaser and subsequent interview gave us nothing

For audiences, it’s become a familiar experience to be immersed in an on-screen story only to be hit with ham-fisted intrusions meant to “educate” them. Instead of character and plot, you’re served up a lecture in dialogue form or scolded for the sins of your father.....

Not a movie, but the rotting corpse of a once great show in Ted Lasso is 100% the victim if this.
Soooo this guy is my new quarterback, they're having way too much fun with these generated names

My running back clearly was in the endzone before his knee touched which was also clearly in the endzone and they marked me down at the 1 and didn’t reverse it when I challenged.

The invisible brick wall they put on the goal line is frustrating as hell. RBs never fall forward into it, receivers will chop their dick off instead of scoring if they catch it at the one, and trying to power it in via goaline offense is impossible even against the FCS squads. They're making scoring way harder than it actually is

Big patch dropped earlier. Anyone notice anything different from gameplay?

Some small graphic changes along with the previously mentioned things. But a couple bugs now as well. I've played 2 dynasty games and Holly Rowe talked about my starting RB being out both times (he's not). And I'm playing with Wisconsin and I scored and he said touchdown Razorbacks lol.

Uli Latukefu has appeared in a fair few big productions, best known for playing a young Dwayne Johnson in the NBC comedy Young Rock and Byamba in Netflix’s Marco Polo series.

This is who is playing Ganondorf. I never watched young rock and I completely forgot Netflix even did a Marco Polo series. Is this guy any good? I really hoped an established/renowned actor would play the role since Ganondorf is typically the most fleshed out and interesting character in the games. But I would love to be pleasantly surprised.

ETA Also, the marketing campaign for 6 doesn't come close to what they did for 5. This has been about as lowkey as I've ever seen for such a highly anticipated game.

Nothing will ever beat the Vice City commercial with the opening riffs of I Ran "so far away".

Aka let's get back to making as much money as possible on meaningless games by filling the stadium by any means necessary.

We lost in the exact round we "should" have based on talent. Won the group, looked pretty good doing it, won a knockout game in pretty dominant fashion, then lost to a better squad. That game was terrible and the team somehow seemed flat, but the result going into the WC was make it to the 16 and hope we get a good draw.

Yeah but we see teams every WC punch above their weight and advance further. That's what he was hired to do, and on its face he failed.

However, he came in mid cycle so I'm not against letting him have another crack at it. Two years from now at the Copa we'll see what full cycle progress has been made.

And I'm so tired of seeing every post/tweet/etc online harping on how he's won the most WC games for a USMNT coach. We benefitted from an extra game vs a 3rd place team, and exited at the same point. All of us were riding on the romance of that 1st game and excused a gritty performance against the Aussies (which is what we always do) and a sub filled shite fest vs Turkey for progress.

This appointment and broader investment in the U.S. Men’s National Team program is being supported in significant part by a philanthropic leadership gift from Kenneth C. Griffin, Founder and CEO of Citadel and Founder of Griffin Catalyst. Additional support has been provided by Scott Goodwin, Adam Freede, and several commercial partners.

I know he was bankrolled by boosters last time, but what exactly do they do with our World Cup money (besides give half to the women) that we can't pay the coach out of their own coffers?

Poch returning officially official. Re-signed thru 2030.
Gio to Strasbourg for 3M

Transfers are insane. I had e guys transfer due to championship contender when I’ve won the last two nc. lol seriously.

Speaking of immersion breaking, ODU fired their HC after going 10-2, winning their conference, and being ranked 15. When I looked at their AD goals, all 3 had green check marks. It doesn't make any sense
Dude needs to take the Michael Jordan GOAT route. Let the legacy make you money, not the money ruining your legacy.
Will probably slow roll it starting tonight, but it's once again getting universal acclaim.

Which one is better? fallout 3 or new Vegas? I’m assuming new Vegas

Everyone drools over NV but I found it to be a buggy mess. There were multiple game breaking bugs that would kill the immersion. Im looking forward to playing it again though if they iron all that out in the remake.

Crazy that for both of us Deboer went 6-6 first season

He went 6-6 for me too. Got fired and went to Michigan and is currently 1-7 this season. They really, really do hate him
With that mustache, Dembele transforms from a 20 something elite athlete to 1990s sitcom dad

These announcers are letting France have it lol

Put these guys on the final.

Kind of realistic that an assistant has no say in that

Correct, but the problem is the CPU (who you would assume would act as the HC) didn't do it either so almost everyone transfered out. Plus it's kind of uneven that I couldn't do that but I could spend the points on facility upgrade as an assistant.
