If you dont have grass, blowing is gonna jack up the top soil. Now is a perfect time to buy a big bag of winter rye, get it to take and then maintain with the mower to mulch the leaves. Put out some bermuda or st aug in the spring before the rye dies.

Just like a salary its the rate that matters. Tons of hourly roles that come with full benefits, PTO etc.
