How come nobody ever finds another way to tell the same story about great black figures of history?

It seems pretty racist by all these productions to keep ignoring black subjects in favor of appropriating the lives of white ones. As if black stories aren't worth telling.

Maybe one day somebody will cast Scarlett Johansson as Harriet Tubman or George Clooney as Fredrick Douglass so you can defend that, too.

I seen to remember one streaming service Netflix I think making a movie about a true story about a girl who was either sexualy assaulted and or murdered on a passenger train by a black guy.

In the show they cast a white guy as the attacker.

So yeah. They are willing to swap to white in that instance at least.
