re: Trump: ‘Tucker’s a low IQ person that has absolutely no idea what’s going on.’

Yes, so interesting to see people turn on each other. I remember a while back reading how great Candace Owens was such a great person. I remember a number of people during Trump’s first term that were trashed on their way out, like Rex Tillerson, Haley, Christie, etc.

This is not a fair representation. The Church of Rome had not broken with the early churches at this point, (see the Great Schism of 1054) so they are not entirely responsible for working to alienate the actual Passover date from the celebration of the Resurrection. It is more accurate to state that the early churches jointly did this through the first council.
I appreciate you presenting a legitimate response. I make these statements because I view all of those that participated in the council as part of the Catholic Church or the Roman church, which I view as one.
As the council sought a single date to celebrate Easter, this statement was recorded:
quote:
Our Saviour left us only one festal day of our redemption, that is to say, of his holy passion, and he desired only one Catholic Church.
That is why I view the whole council as Catholic and none of the artifacts that I've read have stated otherwise. Nevertheless, I will do more research into the Great Schism of 1054 to better understand your point.
re: What's your take on the chiropractic profession?
Posted by BigTx on 4/6/26 at 1:00 am to ClientNumber9
I pulled something in my side lifting something very heavy. The pain lingered for about two weeks and then got so bad I could barely sit up straight and started having back spasms. I decided that day at work to go to a doctor but was unsure if I should go to my regular doctor or ER. I ended up calling a chiropractor close to my house and got an appointment for that same day. I walked out feeling so much better. I went through a six week program, going twice a week for adjustments and haven’t felt the pain since. I’m most impressed that the pain subsided without any shots or meds. I’m a believer in them now.
re: Interesting analysis - Jesus was crucified on a Wednesday and was resurrected on Saturday

So, he died on April 14th, but it always be known as the Friday after Passover because of the Council of Nicea, I guess led by Constatine?
No, the calendar we are on now is the Gregorian calendar. The calendar at that time was based on the moon and sun. The first day of every month was the new moon. So the 14th day was the full moon. The first month of the year was in the Spring, so April 1 was actually the Passover this year (full moon).

Good Information. Thanks.
Sure, glad to share. I’ve been studying this topic for the past few months and enjoy discussing the topic.

Why no actual date like April 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc.? Not trying to be funny, just never understood that. And, don't tell me because he was resurrected on a Sunday.
Christ died on the Passover, which according the Lev 23, is on the 14th day of the first month. He was buried and was in the grave three days and three nights and rose at the end of the Sabbath. The women came early the first day of the week (after he had already risen). That’s how we get Sunday morning resurrection, even though he really rose on the 7th day.
At the council of Nicea, it was decided that Easter Sunday would not align with Passover, but instead would be on the first Sunday after the full moon that occurs after the vernal equinox. That’s how we get Sunday.

The common held celebrations of a Friday cruxifixction and Sunday resurrection don’t fit that 3 days and nights timeline.
The Catholics decided Friday was the day he died, and they were wrong. Look up Council of Nicea and you’ll see where it all happened.

No different than people who would rather see the whole ship, that they are in, go down because they didn’t get their way. I see this toxic behavior in the workplace all the time. It’s maddening.

Yep.
I thought she addressed it well in the post-game. Made me a fan of her. Pulling for SC to get the win since my horns aren’t there.

Maybe Levin should focus on attacking the message rather than the man- cuz all I see is little dick energy when he (Mark) acts like that.
He’s always been that way. I used to listen to him during my commute to work many years ago. He always resorted to attacking the messenger rather than the message. Annoyed me because he complained when others did the same thing. Hypocrite. I had to quit listening because I found myself angry by the time I arrived at my destination, after listening to him.

Please do. I think it would be funny.
