Bingo. They are usually a little bit more seasoned. A young, single man can do a lot worse than finding a mature woman to date and fine tune his skills with while he keeps an eye out for Mrs. Perfect.
Older women are usually past all the frivolous bs and ready to throw down in the bedroom. As an added bonus they typically have their own money, home, etc., and will pay for dinner or cook it for you after you curl their toes good and proper.

My son is 19 and a freshman in college and in a fraternity.
I would consider him and his group of friend more normal.
They like to go out to bars and have fun. They hunt and fish.
When they make plans they actually call and talk with each other along with texting.
He has not had any issues getting girls. ETA: he is in good shape. Former athlete. A little more than average height.
And somehow, he's independently wealthy (lives off me).

I’m a man in my 50’s so my rating may be off but looking at the guy he appears to be a 3/10 looks wise and with the glasses, and wearing a wrinkled, $6.00 T-shirt from Academy. Not that there’s anything wrong with this but this is what he chose for his profile picture.
Is he targeting women who are between
2-4/10??? Or is he getting rejected by mostly 6s, 7’s because if so that’s his problem.

Tinder isn't for relationships and regular dates. It certainly CAN work out that way but that's not its primary userbase.
Tinder is mostly a meat market for hookups. Most women have a very high bar for casual hookups.

Sometimes at night, when I lay my head, I pray my son would have less success with the opposite sex. If you are a decent looking male teen these days you are living in the golden years of connecting. They are so much more mature than I was at the same age, I wouldve been a lunatic. They just take it in stride.

The dating scene via the apps used to be a decent way to meet people; however, it's now turned into the same "if you aren't on the same political team as me, you're a libtard or a racist".
Tried the apps for about a year here in Houston. legit over half of the profiles had some sort of opening prompt advising you to swipe left if you were a "Trumptard" or "If you aren't MAGA".
I guess I should be thankful they outed themselves early so I didn't have to put up with someone whose entire personality is their political affiliation.
Also, women's opinion of themselves is wildly inflated, which makes the dating scene for males of any sort even more challenging.

It's hookup culture and it's 100% about being superficial, irresponsible and attaining instant gratification.
These young people (mostly the women) were raised watching Jersey Shore and the Kartrashian sisters. Their favorite musical artists are Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj. They are completely fine with "frick and forget" because their idols and mainstream culture tell them its ok. They don't worry about birth control or VD because there's a pill for everything including abortion.
Only GOD can wake them up, and I'm not sure He even wants to at this point. I wouldn't. I'm ready for that errant comet everyone is always worried about.

Similar. My son is 33 married to a beautiful girl (absolutely no pics), and makes well over $120k. I have no idea exactly how much, but his wife is stay-at-home and he has three children.
