You can look into an IPTV. I used it for a short while. It was $15 per month and came with 2,200 channels, PPV, 80k movies etc. You will need to run it through a VPN ($6) a month. If their severs are having issues, you are out of luck. The year I used it there were minor issues (slight delay, lower resolution), but all the games came through.
