It's not about the legality of the Trump order. It's about the timing. It's mid-September and even conservative states joined in to challenge Trump on this because of the impossible timeline. Justice Kavanaugh stated that if it came back before the court after the election he would likely vote the other way. This splitting the baby shite is nonsense.
