The DMV in Cali lets illegals get licenses but they check the box they are not citizens. Someone flips the switch and all illegals are now eligible to vote. Illegals wouldnt know cause they know they cant vote anyway so there would be no one saying "someone voted for me". The same people stuffing the ballots also have access to the person's signature at the DMV, now aint that convenient.
It’s a system that is almost undetectable without going house to house and verifying these voters.
Just like mailing ballots to vacant apartments for people that have moved out of state or died.
