The citizens of Massachusetts and the other 10 states that allow abortion with no gestational limits are sick people. Not even New York which has always been an abortion Mecca allows it.

Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey claims to be a Catholic. So why does her bishop not excommunicate that demonically possessed heretic and tell her to literally go to hell? He should.

From a devil's advocate point of view, I can understand the logic that telling a mom at 39 weeks that "if you deliver this baby you will die, but you have to deliver it" is a problem. Basically you're forced to kill yourself to save the baby -- although I don't know many mothers that would choose otherwise.

On the other hand, it's just another slippery slope where you doctor shop until you find some frickface that will say "the stress of having a newborn at home might kill her" and poof, they're justified in terminating.

Then write the law to that effect.

Abortion activists use cases of rape, incest, or life of the mother in defense of abortion all of the time when those make a tiny percentage of all abortions.

Guys can buy out of any childrearing monetary obligation with a check for $300 to the mother.

her choice and her monetary obligation if she does not abort

When will someone push that? It would be perfectly equal.

The saddest thing is that African American women are 26x more likely to abort than white women

Agreed. To all the people that are pro-choice and "my body, my right" crowd, I will quit telling you what you can do with your body the moment that you quit telling me what I can do with my wallet.

Abortion is the intentional killing of a child in order to terminate a pregnancy. A woman who needs to have a baby removed from her in order to save her life is not intentionally killing the child, but removing it from her body with the unfortunate result of death of the child. When the baby is old enough to survive outside the womb, removing it from the womb is not an automatic death sentence. However, abortions are performed specifically to kill the baby.

OK, but that’s not what anybody is telling any mom.

In that case they would simply remove it via C-section.

This is just an unreal scenario.

However, I have not looked at much abortion news in quite some time but yesterday I read one of the major news outlets story on this and I was absolutely fricking appalled at what I saw. To abort a 39 wk fetus the doctor has to kill the infant in the womb before it is aborted. This is as sick as it gets. How do these people who perform these procedures sleep at night?

That also goes against 99% of the old abortion debate principles from prior yrs where the arguement that the fetus was not viable and hence did not have rights.

Nah. I'm an atheist and still think abortion is wrong. It is the premeditated killing of a human.

I think we on the right could be better at framing this instead of saying God will smite you. Liberals don't care about that.

This. I would safely guess 95% of abortions are because the mother doesn't want it.

Federal Court RULES AGAINST Planned Parenthood in Devastating Blow That Could Cost the Abortion Giant Close to $2 BILLION
quote:

A federal appeals court just delivered a major setback to Planned Parenthood Federation of America, dismissing the abortion giant’s attempt to escape liability in a long-running Medicaid fraud case that could ultimately force it to repay nearly $2 billion in taxpayer funds.

On Wednesday, the full (en banc) U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit dismissed Planned Parenthood’s interlocutory appeal for lack of jurisdiction.

The ruling returns the high-stakes False Claims Act lawsuit to the federal district court in the Northern District of Texas, where Trump-appointed Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk previously rejected Planned Parenthood’s bid for immunity.

Master Hairdresser With 22 Years Experience: "I Tell Every Client With Thinning Hair The Same Thing"

The case, United States ex rel. Alex Doe v. Planned Parenthood Federation of America, stems from the explosive 2015 undercover videos produced by the Center for Medical Progress.

Those videos captured Planned Parenthood officials discussing the harvesting and potential sale of aborted baby body parts.

In the undercover video, Dr. Ann Schutt-Ainé, Chief Medical Officer of Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, and Tram Nguyen, RN and Vice President of Abortion Access at Planned Parenthood Houston, are seen discussing the gruesome details of their procedures.

In one particularly harrowing exchange, Schutt-Ainé said, “You told me about the proposition, and so now every time I do a D&E [dilation and evacuation abortion], I’m like, ‘Oh, there’s some lungs, there’s some kidneys.’”

That's certainly not a scenario that is likely. However, we now have medical ability to tell in the first trimester that your child will be severely mentally retarded. Women are opting for abortion and I agree with that choice. The lives of healthy siblings are stunted by the neglect.

Agreed. The argument against abortion stands with or without religion or higher powers. A life is a life, purposefully taking an innocent life is something we've agreed as a society is wrong- except for the most vulnerable among us.
