When you are getting killed you adapt quickly with no red tape. The Ukrainian army captured a Russian position using only ground robotic systems and unmanned aerial vehicles. I think this is the first time in history. AI plus robots. Terminator coming!

The only form of this I ever saw in the military was not sending the best troops.

If they sent Ft Hood troops, which back in the day was a rapid deployment base/unit, then it's unlikely to be the case.

With who’s money?

They recycle the same stupid shite over and over. We do these exercises with both hands tied behind our back at a severe disadvantage. We get more training value out of it. It is like when they were crowing that a French Dassault took out an F-22 in a war game. What they left out is that the F-22 couldn't use stealth and it was carrying 2 drop tanks at 8K pounds each. With all systems go the F-22 would down those targets without being seen. When we were in the field if you have good leadership they will throw crazy shite at you to see how you respond, who will lead, who comes up with solutions, how you implement them etc. They create an adverse environment ,because war doesn't usually go as planned.

It's a valuable exercise to determine the readiness and expertise of our military since Biden and Barry ruined it.

Anyone read the book "Prey" by Michael Creighton? I believe it's where our military drone program is headed except maybe not entirely on the micro-machine level.

Imagine a halftime drone show weaponized with weapons, AI, and the ability to identify targets, communicate individually with each other or as a group, and finally effectively swarm vast numbers of targets all at once autonomously. A swarm of drones flying over a wide target area and almost instantly delivering total destruction faster and more efficiently than any human can think.
