If anybody in MAGA was really concerned about elitist Ruling Class dirtbags who profit from insider trading doing things that would get you or I sent to prison, they would be completely against Tuberville.
And this is the sentiment I agree with when folks say "this is not what I voted for"
This second term has been completely filled with contradictions and things that are now magically ok that were previously detestable - New wars, insider trading, the Epstein list bs, etc....

Not sure of the details in this specific case, but many or most senators live in DC.
I don't think Al Gore ever lived in Tennessee. He was born in 1948 in DC when his father was in congress, and his father served there until 1971, making Al Gore Jr 23 at the time. Gore went to Harvard and served in the military. He likely never spent a half a year in TN.

Well, part of that is just populism.
Populism scoffs at adhering to any foundational principles other than Us vs Them. So flip-flopping on policy positions is actually not a contradiction to a populist.
Supporting someone who is obviously the elitist Ruling Class the-rules-don't-apply-to-me type person is a contradiction. It violates the only rule populists have.
I think MAGA is not pure populism. It's more of a populist cult of personality. Because for most MAGAites, anything Trump does is not only acceptable, but they will defend it like it's been written in stone tablets ten feet deep, even if it's the exact opposite of what he said yesterday.
He's obviously been way more intentionally manipulative of MAGA his second term, though. Completely agree.

Republicans committing election and voting fraud is perfectly A-OK with other republicans.

And that's Tennessee's and the Democrat's business.
I live in Alabama, so Tuberville is my business.
Society doesn't function well with a two-tiered system in which some people have to follow the rules and others don't based on political standing.
I would have thought people would have realized that given the ridiculous travesty of justice obvious weaponization of the courts that was foisted on Trump himself. But I guess not.

Apparently.
But again, populism only has one rule. And I guess they are interpreting that Us & Them rule as, "They try it and sometimes get away with it, so we should too."

He sold that lake martin house many years ago. His son (and wife) owned a house in Auburn that he added his name to the deed to a couple years ago. He had a florida driver's license until 2023.

Then don't ever complain about election fraud.
Because what you're excusing is election fraud.

Zero concern. He’s had at least one house in Alabama since the early 2000s.
They sold their Lakehouse at Lake Martin in 2018. He bought another house in Auburn in 2017.
I’d know, because I’ve been to both many a times.
Al.com is a hack job of a website.

So if it had been proven that Obama hadn't been born in the US (I mean proven, not just suspected), your response would have been, "Who gives a frick about that?"
Somehow I doubt that.
Yes, low IQ sir, it is election fraud, just like Obama running if he wasn't qualified for the office he ran for would be election fraud.

Tuberville was an Auburn Man loved Auburn and even stayed there after you fired him for basically no reason

More distractions from Libitards and the fake news media trying to elevate Jones' campaign.
Tubs can legally run for Governor of Alabama. The Alabama Constitution only requires a candidate to be 30 years old, a U.S. citizen for 10 years, and a resident of Alabama for the last 7 years. There’s nothing in state law about tax issues, lawsuits, or being a sitting U.S. Senator.
As for residency, candidates can own or use multiple homes, but they only have one legal domicile for election purposes. As long as his primary residence is in Alabama — which it is — he meets the requirement.
So the question isn’t whether he can run. Legally, he can.
