Who do you think would be doing a better job as President right now in the year 2026 than Trump?

All of them. None of them. Doesn't matter because none of those people are occupying the White House. The fact is, that Trump is stinking the joint up this go around. No amount of deflection changes that.

The point is that Iran isn’t giving us half their oil under any circumstances and you’re a special needs case if you believe that in the first place. Is Trump being misquoted every other day when he gaslights us and says the war will be over in 2-3 days?

Why would Iran ever agree to this? Simply wait out this douche’s term in office and call it a day.

Nice to publicly see what this was all about: oil. Oh, and Israel.

Didn't he say he would force a peace deal with Russia and rebuild Ukraine in exchange for all the countries minerals?

Also, define "us". The handling of the Venezuelan oil sales was more than shady.

Maybe you were joking, but this is exactly the opposite of what history shows.

I meant it in the future tense. POTUS Trump was feeling that very same way in the 80's when asked about war.

It’s better than building countries for fricking free like bush and Obama. Especially if we make money off it

Accurate and totally fair.

However, we shouldn't even need to be having this conversation to begin with.

Sure fella, you obviously have better instincts and insight than the people who are actually handling this situation

This guy may be the biggest blow hard of all time. He’d really serve himself well to keep his mouth shut because most of what comes out just makes him look like a fool.

Trump should have sent in ground troops instead of looking like a wuss. Marines signed up for that and need to eat.

Because your question is nothing but a deflection. An attempt to divert the conversation like screaming triggered or calling someone a Kamala voter.

This is a very popular tactic here by a few.

Dude, are you that taken off guard by the act of another person pushing back on your’s or whoever’s criticism of whomever it may be? I mean, that’s just sorta how debates often play out, is it not? It’s simply “how it works.” Everywhere. Everybody. But I will say, this phenomenon of folks losing track of things and way overemphasizing and/or over-exaggerating various things, even in the face of things that have traditionally been known as “common knowledge” is a bit concerning itself. Yeah, mark me down as concerned on that.

And you are wrong, Sir Bluffs a Lot.

First of all, it’s a terrible idea. Israel or Iran can rebuild Iran or whatever they want with it. Doesn’t affect me either way.

But also, why even throw something out there like this that you know Iran would never accept? We first got involved with Iran over oil when Mossadegh was deposed in Operation Ajax; because he wanted to nationalize BP. For decades and decades, the Iranian people didn’t realize that it had a huge supply of the world’s biggest commodity right underneath them. They are not going to turn that back over to the West freely.
